Our three Boutique cottages located near our West Virginia State Capital, Charleston are designed for comfort and calm.
Each space is thoughtfully styled with soft greens, grays, warm woods, and natural light. Subtle Appalachian touches from Grandmothers Attic, original hardwood floors, vintage books, a hint of mountain pine, create a sense of place without overwhelming the clean, modern feel.

At the entrance of Old Woodland Acres stands the Old Stone Carriage House, a 1930s treasure with three bedrooms, one and a half baths, and its beloved iron shower/tub set atop classic checkered tile. The original hardwood floors carry the stories of generations, giving the cottage its unmistakable storybook soul.
